Are treasure scanners similar to other detectors?
As noted earlier, there are detectors of distinct types and uses. Treasure scanners are also included in the general category of "detectors". However, treasure scanners not only are sensitive towards metals and able to spot the target, but also thanks to a "gap" function provided in some of the high-end Treasure Devices, can discern the variations in the soil underneath.
This feature makes these devices special. Ability to discern variations in the structures below, spotting passages, holes, wells, under the soil chambers, tunnels, or streams, and the function to report these to the user, make these detectors unmatched.
The Single Coin and Hobby Detectors category is also rich in detectors of different characteristics. These serve to meet the requirements of beginner and intermediate level detector users with speed and consistency, and to provide the best experience in low and medium depth levels.
The devices in the Single Coin and Hobby detector category are not comparable to those in the Treasure Scanner category. Each detector has its strengths in its own segment. The user should establish his/her requirements well, and choose the person or firm to provide required support.
